I'm sure today's technology will put hand writing in to the list of things that we used to do, long time ago. To be honest I believe it's already happening. What about cake writing? to me it's just the beginning of a new era. Something that I can see in my future surrounded with hi-tech gadgets. Watching thousands of youtube videos. Cake writing for dummies. How to write on a cake. Learning the Sugar Alphabet. I promisse I'll watch all of them, just not to make my cakes Cake Wrecks victims. The photo was my first professional test. I gave myself a C (keep trainning girl!). The client said it was pretty.
