Kisses

Past weeks I got few compliments for the little kiss, the coconut brigadeiro. Do you know when you decide to change a small thing in your life and you think that people won't notice. Of course they do. I love coconut so I decided to go more bold in the recipe. I changed the 2 spoons of dried and shaved coconut for 2 spoons of dried and shaved + 2 spoons of fresh and chunky coconut + the extra amount that I sprinkle around the candy. A LOT of coconut.

After thought:

It's not so difficult to admit that one intense kiss is much more breathtaking then a thousand little ones.
